Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
The return address is set by default. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If the provided return addresss isn’t used as supplied, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Cultist Apparel does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Please contact us before returning any products. Except for Customers residing in Brazil. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges to your end customers, you would need to place a new order at your expense for a face mask or a product in another size. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

When making an Order, you must follow the instructions on the Site as to how to make your Order and for making changes to your Order before you submit it.

You must pay for the Order in full at the time of ordering by one of the payment methods we provide on the site.
When you place an order, you will receive from us a Confirmation of Order by e-mail.
We maintain the right to refuse service to any individual or entity.
Abuse either verbal or physical will not be tolerated and reported to appropriate authorities.
We maintain the right to cancel or refuse to fulfill any order in any point of time.
We aim to deliver products to you at the place of delivery requested by you within the time indicated by us at the time of your Order, but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.
We will try to let you know if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
We will aim to leave the Order at the address advised by you at the time of purchase. If the delivery driver deems the area unsafe your Order will be redirected to a collection point.
You must take care when opening the product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments. We are not responsible for any damages caused after packaging.
Orders placed through Cultist Apparel may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon reaching your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes or for any additional fees incurred. Customs policies vary widely by country, so we recommend checking your local regulations before placing an order.
If you refuse to pay customs charges and the item is returned to sender, you may not be eligible for a full refund.
