Because our products are made to order, we don’t offer returns or size exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there’s an issue with your order, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Each item is made just for you. Production typically takes 2–7 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location:

🌏 Rest of world: 7–20 business days

DTG (Direct-to-Garment): Soft, vibrant prints great for detail and color.
DTF (Direct-to-Film): Crisp, durable designs with improved washability.
Embroidery: Thread-based designs with a premium, textured look.
Sublimation: All-over prints that dye the fabric itself — mainly for accessories and selected apparel.
Each method is chosen to suit the material and vibe of the design.
To keep your gear looking fresh:
Wash inside-out with cold water
Use mild detergent
Avoid bleach and fabric softeners
Tumble dry low or hang-dry for best results
Don’t iron directly over printed or embroidered areas
Each product page includes a sizing guide. We recommend checking your measurements before ordering, especially for fitted or unisex items. If you’re between sizes, size up for a more relaxed fit.

Some products may be unavailable in certain regions to help avoid unnecessary customs charges on already premium-priced items.

We begin production shortly after you place an order, so changes are only possible within a short window (usually under 1 hour). If you spot an error, contact us ASAP at info@cultistapparel.com and we’ll do our best to catch it.
Check your tracking link first, most delays are due to customs or local carriers. If it’s been more than 10 business days since shipping (US/EU), contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate.
